E&E Home Builder Inc. purchased the former 26-unit Relax Inn motel at 2568 First St. in Fort Myers from Zally & Charlie LLC for $1.2 million. Alex Henderson, Max Molloy and Sawyer Gregory of LSI Companies Inc. represented the seller, and Omar Alonso of RT Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
