Fresh Catch Inland restaurant launched Feb. 10 in the former space of T42 and TGI Friday’s off U.S. 41 on the northern edge of Coconut Point in Estero. “Our menu is a great mix of appetizers, handhelds, salads, seafood and beef items,” said owner Franco Russo, whose Montoro Holdings restaurants also include Fresh Catch Bistro on Fort Myers Beach, as well as Junkanoo Below Deck, Stones Throw and Two Meatballs in the Kitchen. Fresh Catch Inland, 7991 Plaza del Lago Drive, is open 3 to 9 p.m. daily. The bar area provides an elevated venue for sports on seven big screens with daily happy hour specials 3 to 5 p.m. A private room is available for banquets and business meetings.
