Gulf Coast Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cape Coral, completed renovations to its auditorium. The updates to the 2,500-square-foot auditorium include new carpet, furniture, curtains and wallpaper, updated lighting and chandeliers, a fresh coat of paint and new wallpaper, new sound boards and more. Renovations were completed in December. The auditorium is used for community activities, including church services, holiday events, concerts, happy hour, educational programs and movie screenings. Additionally, the space is used by community and civic groups. The renovated auditorium holds eight tables, seats nearly 100 residents and features a carpeted stage and optional dance floor for event speakers and performers.
