Gulfside Twelve, the first luxury residential community being built on Estero Island after Hurricane Ian, began work on the second phase of its development at 6240/6230 Estero Blvd. With its first residents set to move in this spring, construction on the entire project is scheduled to wrap up later this year. The entire project will encompass 12 units, starting at $4.1 million. Phase I consists of four units facing the Gulf of Mexico on Fort Myers Beach that already have been sold. The units are between 4,700 and 5,100 square feet and include four and five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
