Developer FL Star is constructing the masonry walls and shell of Hammock Park Retail Center in East Naples, with tenants expected to begin their buildouts by fall 2023. The shopping center will be on Collier Boulevard near Rattlesnake Hammock Road. The 20,000–square–foot center will include a variety of retail shops with 5,000 square feet of restaurant space and additional outdoor dining.
Visitor spending at hotels, restaurants and shops in Collier County increased 10.5% over last calendar year, bringing in $2.38 billion.
