Lani Kai Island Resort may have refunded all reservations through Oct. 2023, but the Fort Myers Beach landmark intends to open well before that. While the building is intact following Hurricane Ian, owners have a long way to go before they can open. Although the resort’s bar under the main building was washed away, Lani Kai’s goal is to open some sort of eating establishment in its place, WINK News reports.
