The deadline to submit applications for the 32nd annual Industry Appreciation Awards is July 5. The awards recognize Lee County’s top businesses and their leaders who drive the local economy, employ the workforce and shape their industries. Horizon Foundation, Horizon Council and Lee County Economic Development sponsors the program. Awards will be given in nine categories at the Industry Appreciation Awards event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 25 at Caloosa Sound Convention Center in Fort Myers. Application forms are available here. Self-nominations are allowed.
