The Shoppes at Yellow Pine, the second shopping center being developed at Babcock Ranch, will have 12 more tenants in early 2025. Leasing agents with Katz & Associates real estate firm announced Marshalls, Ace Hardware, Five Below, Oar & Iron, Tipsy Salonbar, Fountain Pools, Seymour Orthodontics, Yummy Thai & Chinese, Verizon, Papa Johns, Carvel and Laser Lounge will be in the shopping center across from Crescent B Commons, which is anchored by a Publix. Recently, Katz & Associates agents Jon Cashion and Eric Spritz signed three more tenants—Starbucks, Fifth Third Bank and Fiore + Ela Salon—slated to open in early 2024 across from Crescent B Commons. Other at Crescent B Commons in addition to Publix include Pi Pizza, Royal Paw Groomer, Heartland Dental, Great Clips and Pet Supermarket. To date, Cashion and Spritz have signed 24 leases at Babcock Ranch, totaling more than 124,000 square feet of space.
