Fort Myers-based LQ Commercial Property Management, a manager of retail, office and industrial assets, acquired Lakeland firm Retail Solutions Advisors. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. This acquisition adds nearly 450,000 square feet of community shopping centers, outparcels in high-growth corridors and mixed-use developments to LQ Commercial’s portfolio, bringing its total managed square footage to 3.15 million. RSA’s holdings, primarily positioned along the greater Tampa Bay area, are known for retail exclusivity.
