Fort Myers-headquartered independent physicians group Millennium Healthcare is expanding access to care in West Georgia through the integration of Columbus Clinic. Millennium Healthcare finalized the integration of Columbus Clinic from St. Francis Medical Group on April 1, transitioning to Millennium Physician Group of Georgia, Columbus Clinic. With this integration, Millennium expands to Columbus and West Georgia with more than 15 new providers. Located at 610 19th St., the Columbus Clinic offers a full range of primary care services, including chronic disease management, preventive screenings, lab services and care coordination with advanced providers. Founded in Port Charlotte in 2008, Millennium Physician Group has grown into one of the largest comprehensive primary care practices with more than 900 health care providers across the Southeast.
