The Naples Area Board of Realtors’ Charitable Foundation has launched its first year of charitable distributions. NABOR’s Foundation partnered with the Collier Community Foundation to help find and vet charitable options in Collier County. NCF selected Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance and Youth Haven. A $25,000 gift to Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance will support the alliance’s continued work to create lasting change to improve housing conditions for farmworkers and low-income families in Immokalee. A $15,000 gift to Youth Haven will support its BlueZones-centric nutrition programs for children in crisis. The NABOR Charitable Foundation, launched in January, allows the 8,500-member organization to assist families in need through charities supporting four core areas: housing, humanitarian efforts, local disaster relief and educational scholarships.
