NAMI Collier County received a $30,000 grant from the Women’s Foundation of Collier County. These funds will support NAMI Collier County’s mental health programming for seniors across the county. The nonprofit will work with senior women with mental health struggles to decrease isolation, improve overall wellness and serve basic needs, including ensuring that no senior will go unhoused. This funding allows the program coordinator to carry out home visits, attend medical appointments with clients and provide direct support to senior women experiencing or at risk of depression.
