Led by Megan and Matt Chionis, The Naples Concierge Group has closed more than $135 million in sales throughout their careers, with more than $33 million in 2023. To assist their clients before, during and after the purchase, the team offers several a la carte services, including complimentary HomeWatch and property management services, renovation project concierge services, vendor and furnishing discounts, partnerships with private jet yachting and luxury car connections. Serhant was founded in September 2020 by luxury real estate broker Ryan Serhant as a content-to-commerce real estate ecosystem that is mobile first, with an in-house film studio for organic lead generation, creating customer acquisition for its two core businesses, brokerage and education. The firm first expanded into Florida in 2023 and operates in eight states nationwide.
