The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island metro area ranked third among the top 10 metro areas in the U.S. with the largest year-over-year home price increases in the fourth quarter of 2022, according to the National Association of Realtors. With a 17.2% increase, the metro area ranked just behind Farmington, New Mexico (20.3%), and the North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton area (19.5%). The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island area also ranked seventh among the most expensive markets in the country, with an average home price of $802,500.
