Eight retail tenants will anchor an upcoming mixed-use development in Bonita Springs. Developed by The Zuckerman Group, Midtown at Bonita Springs will be designed to prioritize walkability and open spaces. The development just east of Interstate 75 on Bonita Beach Road will feature Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panera Bread, The Hangry Bison restaurant, Club Pilates fitness studio, Good Vets veterinary clinic, Jeff’s Bagel Run, Noire the Nail Bar and Bonita Beach Wine & Spirits. The 68-acre development also will include luxury apartments, which are currently under construction. Midtown at Bonita Springs is scheduled to open in 2026.
