Christopher Alan Homes, a single-family home builder based in Southwest Florida, announced its brand-new neighborhood, Creekside Run at Babcock Ranch. The single-family home neighborhood will feature 291 home sites spread over approximately 100 acres located along Curry Creek and adjacent to Curry Creek Preserve. Home designs will include modern farmhouse, echoing the rustic lifestyle of Babcock Ranch and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. All homeowners will have access to a recreation campus, including a pool, cabana, pocket parks and additional green space. Construction on three model homes is expected to begin in late 2022, with sales beginning in early 2023.
