A 200-acre luxury recreational vehicle resort opened Dec. 16 in northwest Cape Coral. Encore Tranquility Lakes, 4100 Burnt Store Road, is situated on two lakes and will have 500 full-hookup RV sites when completed. There will be 180 RV sites facing the water, with each site featuring concrete pads with 50-amp marine-grade pedestals and individual concrete picnic areas. Amenities include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, a billiards room, a card room, a kitchen, more than 2,000 square feet of covered outdoor space for dining and relaxing and a gathering space overlooking the pool. The resort features a dog park, a swimming pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, bocce ball and 10 pickleball courts.
