Norman Love Confections invites would-be chocolatiers to experience the artistry of chocolate during its 2024 Cooking with Love classes. Master chefs from Norman Love Confections will guide attendees step-by-step through a three-hour course as they learn to create masterpieces of their own. Molded chocolate classes will take place Jan. 12, March 1, May 3 and May 24. Chocolate truffle classes are offered Feb. 16 and April 5. On March 15 or March 22, guests can create Easter egg chocolate sculptures. A chocolate confections and novelties class will be offered April 19. Each class begins at 6:30 p.m. at Norman Love Confections, 11380 Lindbergh Blvd., in south Fort Myers. The cost is $95 per person. To register, call 239-591-7215.
