A five-bedroom, eight-bath Port Royal home that sold for $34 million was the fourth most expensive home sale in March in the U.S., according to data from technology-powered real estate brokerage Redfin. The 8,466-square-foot estate at 3880 Rum Row was built in 2025 and includes a study, an upstairs VIP suite, a resort-style pool featuring a swim-up bar and a 40-foot concrete floating dock. Among the most expensive active listings in the U.S. is a Port Royal compound at 100 Bay Road that hit the market in February 2024 with a listing price of $295 million. The seller’s price on the 9-acre lot with three homes on it totaling 22,800 square feet at the tip of a peninsula known as Gordon Pointe dropped to $210 million, putting it second on the list.
