A waterfront home in Naples’ Port Royal community sold for $29.07 million, officials from Premier Sotheby’s International Realty said. The sale of 3401 Rum Row, a 130-foot waterfront site along Galleon Cove, was the second-highest price sale in Port Royal and fourth-highest sale in Naples this year. C. Lodge McKee II, of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Broad Avenue office, represented the buyer. The 8,232-square-foot, five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home has an 80-foot dock and a 30,000-pound hoist.
