Atlanta-based Pulte Homes closed on land between Imperial Parkway and Old 41 Road, off Paradise Road, where it intends to build a single-family community. Bonita Del Sol will offer 248 single-family homes, community amenities and a 36.5-acre lake. The homes will feature 13 different one- and two-story home designs across three series of homesite sizes, with pricing from the $400,000s to $800,000s. Construction of model homes is expected to begin in late 2023, with homes sales starting in spring 2024.
