PulteGroup closed on 81 acres in Englewood for Shores at Stillwater, a Pulte Homes-branded community offering single-family homes, twin villas and private amenities. The gated community will be located off Pine Street adjacent to the Englewood YMCA and HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. The Shores will include 136 twin villas and 98 single-family homes. New homes will offer two to five bedrooms, two and two-and-a-half bathrooms and 1,579 to 2,080 square feet of living space with two-car garages. The community will have two private gated entries from Pine Street and will feature a private amenity center with a pool and cabana. Home prices are expected to start in the mid $300,000s.
