BD RC Punta Gorda LP purchased a 2,000-square-foot former Subway restaurant building at 26480 Jones Loop Road in Punta Gorda from Laxmi-Bhavan Inc. for $1,953,000. Fred Kermani, CCIM, AIA, of CRE Consultants represented the seller and Ronnie Carlson of Brightwork Real Estate represented the buyer.
