The Naples area real estate market experienced a 7% year-over-year increase in overall inventory and a 2% increase in overall closed sales in August, according to data from the Naples Area Board of Realtors. There were 2,618 pieces of inventory with a 3% increase in new listings compared to August 2022. The 702 closed sales spent an average of 54 days on the market with a median closed price of $605,000.
