Seagate Development Group purchased Red Coconut RV Park at 211 Donora Blvd., 2943, 2932 and 3001 Estero Blvd. on Fort Myers Beach from TFM of SWFL, Red Coconut RV Park LLP for $52 million. Justin Thibaut, CCIM, and Alexis North, CCIM, of LSI Companies Inc. represented the buyer, and Matt Simmons of Maxwell, Hendry & Simmons LLC represented the seller. Established in 1925, The Red Coconut RV Campground was among the earliest commercial establishments constructed on Fort Myers Beach. The resort was well known for hosting the city’s first religious services, voting precinct and police station. Being the only RV resort in Florida, it attracted historical trailblazers, including Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Harvey Firestone, Charles Lindbergh, Alex Carrel and James Newtown.
