The Naples area residential real estate market experienced a 30% year-over-year increase in inventory and a 32% increase in new listings in October, according to data from the Naples Area Board of Realtors. There were 3,367 pieces of inventory and 1,231 new listings last month. Overall pending sales and overall closed sales were down 1% and 13%, respectively. Homes spent an average of 56 days on the market in October, with a median closed price of $580,000.
