Par Investments I LLC purchased a 6,750-square-foot retail space on 3.78 acres at 15700 S. Tamiami Trail in south Fort Myers from Highway 41 Holdings LLC for $2.5 million. Gary Tasman and Lane Boy of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida represented the seller.
