Southwest Florida-based water bottle manufacturer Coldest signed a lease to move its headquarters and warehouse to 52,866 square feet of warehouse and office space at the 72-acre Tri-County 75 industrial park in Fort Myers, developer Glenstar Logistics announced.
After outgrowing its 15,000-square-foot warehouse elsewhere in Fort Myers, the online retailer will use the space at the new industrial campus, 6115-6150 Tri-County Commerce Way at the southeast corner of the Interstate 75 interchange at Luckett Road, to store its products and pack and ship orders.
This will be Coldest’s fourth headquarters since the company began in 2015. Lee & Associates Naples-Fort Myers brokered the lease on behalf of the owners of Tri-County 75 and Coldest.
Tri-County 75 general contractor The Conlan Co. will build out 1,400 square feet of office space for Coldest. The industrial park is approximately 40% pre-leased.
Ferguson Enterprises, a national distributor of plumbing and HVAC supplies, signed a 252,860-square-foot lease in November 2022 and will be relocating its regional distribution center to Building 3 of the campus this fall.
