Stevens Construction Inc. was awarded the construction management service of a new 5,200-square-foot building for Kari Mann Dental Studio at 3111 Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral. Kari Mann Dental Studio provides comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry, as well as advanced dental implants. Slated for completion in early 2025, the facility will feature eight treatment rooms, cutting-edge technology and space dedicated to advanced surgical and implant treatments. The remaining 2,030 square feet of the Gulf-access building is available for lease from LQ Commercial.
