Tampa-based holding company Vilas Partners, which acquires family-owned home services and construction businesses in Florida, announced the acquisition of Fort Myers-based Floorcrafters of Southwest Florida. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Founded in 1989, Floorcrafters offers flooring products and installation services to residential and commercial customers throughout Southwest Florida. Vilas Partners officials said the team at Floorcrafters will continue to operate under the leadership of its current management.
