Cypress Cove life plan community broke ground on a 12-acre, estimated $46 million expansion at the corner of Summerlin Road and Bass Road in Fort Myers. The Oaks at Cypress Cove luxury senior living community will feature 24 two- and three-bedroom villas ranging from 2,230 to 2,396 square feet and 24 elevated residences offering two-bedroom suites that range from 1,406 to 1,958 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
