UPS plans to hire more than 100,000 seasonal employees across the U.S. to serve the 2023 holiday rush, including more than 640 in the Naples-Fort Myers area. The company is filling full- and part-time seasonal positions, primarily seasonal delivery drivers, Commercial Driver’s License drivers and package handlers. The company’s digital application process takes less than 20 minutes, from filling out an online application to receiving a job offer. And nearly 80% of seasonal positions do not require an interview. Seasonal, hourly pay rates for package handlers and driver helpers begin at $21 per hour. Driving jobs begin at $23 per hour.
