Naples-based TerraCap Management sold the 240-unit Versol apartments on 27.35 acres at 28790 Versol Drive in Bonita Springs to an undisclosed buyer for $87.25 million, or $363,542 per unit. Units average 1,094 square feet, and the property has a resort-style pool with sun shelf, a coastal-style clubhouse, a fitness center and a spin/yoga room. JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors sold the property for the second time in two years. TerraCap purchased the property in 2021 for $70.35 million.
