Metropolitan Naples topped off Avra, completing the 15-story tower’s structural framework and marking a milestone for the mixed-use community in downtown Naples. The luxury high-rise will feature 56 residences ranging from 1,890 to more than 6,300 square feet, with prices starting at $2 million. Amenities will include a rooftop pool deck with Gulf and downtown views, a fitness center, a putting green, a fire pit, a business center and a guest suite. Avra is expected to welcome residents in fall 2026.
