London Bay Development Group completed the South Tower of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, in the Saltleaf master-planned community in Bonita Springs. The 22-story tower is the first of two buildings that will total 224 residences along the waterfront. Units range from about 2,600 to nearly 3,900 square feet, with penthouses exceeding 13,000 square feet. Amenities include multiple pools, a lagoon, wellness center and dining venues. The North Tower is under construction and expected to be completed in 2027.
