True Fashionistas Designer Consignment and Resale launched its new store Monday in an expanded space that includes a designer handbag and shoe salon as well as a fashionable couture area in the Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt in North Naples. True Fashionistas co-owners Jennifer and Brad Johnson promote their new 13,000-square-foot store as Southwest Florida’s largest designer consignment and resale store.
“I am thrilled to move to this larger location, and on my birthday, also Valentine’s Day! We’re excited to be able to showcase a much larger selection of authentic designer clothing, furniture and home décor for our customers, both in-person and online,” Jennifer Johnson said.
A local brand with strong online sales, True Fashionistas launched in 2011 with clothing and accessories for men, women and children as well as high-end furniture and home accessories. The Johnsons relocated their two retail shops and an e-commerce warehouse to the new, single location just east of Bokamper’s Sports Bar & Grill. The bigger store consolidates the local brand in an anchor space originally planned for a supermarket 15 years ago fronting Vanderbilt Beach Road just west of Airport-Pulling Road.
Joining True Fashionistas on either side of its clothing and furniture store will be a possible restaurant and a Stock Development sales center for its One Naples development planned at Vanderbilt Beach Road and Gulf Shore Boulevard.
